- Two periodic exams, every other visit
- Four periodontal maintenance visits
- Oral cancer screening
- Oral Hygiene Instruction
- Periodontal Evaluation
- Digital X-Rays (Bite Wing X-Rays once a year; panoramic or full mouth series once in 5 years.)
