Membership in our In-House Dental Benefits Plan is available to all patients. After payment of an annual fee, members will receive the following:

Dental visits for Periodontally Involved Patients:

– Two periodic exams, every other visit
– Four periodontal maintenance visits
– Oral cancer screening
– Oral Hygiene Instruction
– Periodontal Evaluation
– Digital X-Rays (Bite Wing X-Rays once a year; panoramic or full mouth series once in 5 years.)

(FOR PERIODONTALLY INVOLVED PATIENTS, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF
$50 PER CLEANING VISIT)
